Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

• The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
   

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items returned without original packaging or tags
   

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Swell cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
